Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations for offshore products.
- Process sales orders from Purchase Order (PO) receipt through delivery and invoicing.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, warehouse, service, and procurement teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Manage import/export shipping documentation and liaise with freight forwarders.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in ERP systems.
- Support customer relationship management and follow up on payments when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, inside sales, or customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of logistics, shipping documentation, and Incoterms is preferred.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
- Offshore, marine, rigging, or industrial equipment knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a positive and committed attitude.
