- Location: Tuas West Rd MRT
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks.
- Communicate with the principal, agents, forwarders, operation staffs by phone, email and/or in-person
- Familiarity with PSA port procedures, shipyard documentation, travel arrangements
- Maintain filing and ensure date accuracy
- Process invoices and create WOS
- Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department head.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec / Diploma
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in admin
- Proficient in computer especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Available to start immediately / on short notice
