Property Manager

Our client is a well-established real estate owner and developer with a strong portfolio of commercial assets across Singapore. They are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of their commercial properties and ensure operational excellence across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties
- Oversee maintenance, repair and asset enhancement works to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
- Conduct regular property inspections and recommend improvement initiatives
- Manage vendors, contractors and service providers, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency
- Administer service contracts including renewals, negotiations and performance reviews
- Prepare and manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets while monitoring expenditure
- Coordinate tenant handovers, fit-outs, reinstatement and renovation works
- Handle tenant feedback and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, fire safety requirements and building standards
- Work closely with the Leasing and Asset Management teams to support leasing activities and asset enhancement projects
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of commercial property management experience
- Strong knowledge of building operations, vendor management and maintenance works
- Experience managing OPEX/CAPEX budgets and contracts
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
