We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Property and Tenancy Management Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of commercial properties, ensure smooth leasing operations and delivering excellent tenant service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support leasing and marketing initiatives by collecting and analyzing relevant property data.
- Prepare tenancy reports, including property inspection records and photographs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants by responding to their needs and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing agents and the Marcom team on tenancy matters.
- Maintain and update tenancy registry.
- Administer tenancy agreements, and other operations administration.
- Monitor rental arrears and assist in arrears management and follow-up.
- Provide support to tenants and prospective tenants with basic A&P activities.
- Coordinate property handover and takeover processes.
- Assist the Property Manager in coordinating basic building maintenance and M&E matters.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in commercial property management, leasing, or tenant relations.
- Outgoing, positive, and able to build rapport with tenants and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

- Basic understanding of building operations and M&E systems is an advantage.
