Location: 7 Gul Circle, Singapore
Salary: S$6,000
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Estate Management Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of warehouse and office properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for estate management, facilities maintenance, vendor management, compliance, asset enhancement initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of warehouse and office properties.
- Develop and implement estate management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets, cost control and maintenance planning.
- Plan and execute refurbishment, reconstruction and asset enhancement projects.
- Manage and evaluate third-party contractors and service providers.
- Ensure all maintenance contracts, statutory permits and certifications are renewed on time.
- Liaise with government authorities including JTC, BCA, SCDF and URA.
- Ensure compliance with Building & Fire Safety Regulations and company policies.
- Perform Fire Safety Manager and Water Efficiency Manager duties.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and green sustainability projects.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.
- Support commercial projects and warehouse occupancy requirements.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Property & Facilities Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in estate, facilities or property management.
- Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) .
- Certified Water Efficiency Manager (WEM) .
- BizSAFE Level 2 certification.
- Construction Safety Supervisor certification.
- Strong knowledge of Building & Fire Safety Regulations.
- Strong Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) knowledge.
- Experience managing CAPEX & OPEX budgets.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics or industrial facilities is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
