Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of game-related systems.
- Develop front-end and back-end services, APIs, internal tools and game-platform features.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and high-performance code.
- Optimize system performance and stability and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, game designers, QA engineers and other development teams.
- Participate in code reviews and work effectively with AI tools to continuously improve code quality and engineering efficiency.
- Learn and apply new technologies to solve real-world technical and business challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in software development, including data structures and algorithms, databases, computer networks, and operating systems.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Go, C++, Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong interest in software development and the gaming industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues, proposed solutions, and project progress.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
