Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate cleaning operations across residential, commercial, and common areas, ensuring quality standards through staff scheduling, work allocation, site inspections, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations in residential, commercial, and common areas
- Coordinate staff scheduling and allocate work to meet operational needs across multiple sites
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor and maintain cleaning quality standards
- Implement quality control measures to uphold cleanliness and safety requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
- Plan and organize cleaning workflows to optimize resource use and operational efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
- Experience supervising cleaning operations or housekeeping teams
- Ability to plan work schedules and coordinate activities across multiple sites
- Skills in conducting site inspections and maintaining cleaning standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
