Key Responsibilities
- Assist in data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Help with filing and organizing accounting documents
- Assist in bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Support month-end closing activities
- Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Polytechnic diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields
- Open to interns / fresh graduates
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and a positive working attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Information
- Internship duration: (3–6 months)
- Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance
