Job Summary
Join as an Accounts and Admin Intern to gain hands-on experience in financial management, accounting processes, and business operations in an automation and manufacturing environment over 6-9 months.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports to ensure accurate documentation
- Update accounting data entries in accounting software to maintain data accuracy
- Support the finance team in preparing monthly financial statements for reporting purposes
- Assist in implementing new accounting software to improve financial processes
- Collaborate with finance team members to complete assigned accounting and administrative tasks efficiently
- Apply strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively and solve problems to support team objectives and workflow
Required competencies and certifications
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proactive attitude with commitment to meet deadlines
