Client Relationship Executive / Manager

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused individual to work closely with our General Manager in managing client relationships, coordinating matters, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
This is not a cold-calling sales role. Instead, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with our lawyers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients' objectives and direct them to the appropriate lawyer.
- Manage the General Manager's client portfolio and follow-up pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Coordinate with banks, property agents, financial advisers and other professionals.
- Liaise with lawyers to ensure timely updates and smooth progression of matters.
- Attend meetings with the General Manager where required.
- Prepare quotations, engagement documents and simple presentations.
- Support networking events, client appreciation events and business development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM.
- Identify opportunities to cross-refer clients to other practice areas within the firm.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who ideally possesses one of the following:
- Experience working in a Singapore law firm (preferred); or
- Experience in mortgage or banking (particularly home loans); or
- Experience in conveyancing, property transactions, or the real estate industry or
- Legal education
In addition, the successful candidate should:
- Be fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with our English- and Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be highly organised with strong follow-up abilities.
- Be able to work independently while managing multiple matters.
- Be comfortable interacting with professionals and high-net-worth individuals.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:
- Conveyancing
- Banking and mortgage financing
- Legal executive or paralegal work
- Relationship management
- Insurance or financial advisory
