Job Summary
Join the Private Banking team to manage and grow an existing portfolio of accredited investors and UHNW clients by delivering tailored wealth management solutions and exceptional advisory services focused on long-term client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of accredited investors and UHNW clients to achieve portfolio growth and client satisfaction
- Build trusted long-term client relationships by assessing financial goals and delivering customized wealth management solutions
- Provide timely market updates, investment ideas, and portfolio reviews aligned with clients’ investment objectives
- Identify and act on opportunities to deepen client relationships through appropriate banking and investment products
- Collaborate with internal product specialists and investment advisors to deliver comprehensive wealth management services
- Complete client onboarding, KYC, AML, suitability assessments, and regulatory documentation accurately to ensure compliance
- Maintain high service standards throughout the client lifecycle to deliver an exceptional private banking experience
- Support product documentation, investment execution, and operational coordination to ensure seamless client servicing
- Develop expertise in Mainland China UHNW clients’ wealth planning and cross-border banking needs to enhance service delivery
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience managing Private Banking, Priority Banking, Premier Banking, Privilege Banking, or Wealth Management client portfolios
- Proven experience managing affluent, HNW, or UHNW client relationships
- Strong knowledge of investment products including unit trusts, bonds, structured products, FX, and wealth management solutions
- Familiarity with MAS regulatory requirements, KYC, AML, and suitability processes
- Proficient client relationship management and communication skills
- Business proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively serve Mandarin-speaking clients
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- CACS certification
- Relevant CMFAS/CM-EIP/CM-CMP certifications
