Account Executive (Full Sets)
Working Days: 5 daysWorking Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: $ 2500 - $ 3200 + VB
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of accounting schedules
- Assist on yearly audit and tax computation reporting
- Assist on inter-company billing
- Control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation
- Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy
- Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems
- Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system
- Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by management
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, bank reconciliation and month-end closing
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Malaysia and Singapore accounting
