Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Perform daily accounting operations, maintain accurate accounting records, and carry out bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities and support external and internal audit processes.
- Prepare GST returns, assist with tax-related matters, and maintain supporting financial documentation.
- Process supplier payments, customer receipts, and verify employee expense claims.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely maintenance of financial records.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 years of experience in handling full set accounting.
- Familiar with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) processes.
- Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST requirements, and local accounting practices is an advantage.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills to prepare financial reports and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
