Job Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with established procedures and service level agreements .
- Verify order details, including product availability, pricing, customer information, and shipping requirements.
- Monitor order status and update records accurately within the Order Management System.
- Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
- Investigate and resolve routine order discrepancies, escalating complex issues when required.
- Support inventory reconciliation, order verification, and operational accuracy.
- Assist in coordinating logistics and warehouse operations to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Participate in cross-functional training across order processing, warehouse operations, and logistics to support business continuity.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in order processing, order fulfilment, customer service, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS), SAP, or ERP systems is an advantage.
