Job Responsibilities
- Install, commission and configure medical equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, testing and repairs according to manufacturer requirements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic, electrical and mechanical equipment faults, including root cause analysis.
- Escalate complex technical issues to regional technical teams or equipment manufacturers
- Provide technical support and basic equipment training to clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate service reports, equipment maintenance history and spare parts records.
- Manage assigned spare parts inventory and ensure proper handling of equipment components.
- Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend corrective actions and service improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience servicing medical devices.
- Experience working directly with clinics and hospitals will be advantageous.
- Prior experience supervising, mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior engineers is preferred.
- Familiar with technical documentation and CRM/service management systems.
