HR associate/ Executive (Central Area / Talent Acquisition)

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and background screening.
Conduct verification of candidates' qualifications, employment history, and reference checks.
Support payroll processing, CPF contributions, and statutory submissions in compliance with local regulations.
Assist in performance management processes, employee training, and learning & development initiatives.
Administer employee compensation, incentives, and benefits programs.
Manage leave administration, medical claims, and employee insurance matters.
Prepare HR reports, maintain employee records, internal directories, and facilitate employee communications.
Support disciplinary actions, workplace investigations, and employee termination processes in accordance with company policies.
Handle post-employment matters, including employment references, exit documentation, and personnel record maintenance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and other local labor laws.
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and background screening.
