Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and coordinate recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels and recruitment events.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and efficient hiring processes.
- Prepare employment offers, maintain accurate recruitment records, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Support employer branding initiatives and monitor recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
