Duties:
- Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties when needed
- Attend to Walk-In / phone enquiries
- Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients
- Support doctors in language translation when needed
- Proper maintenance of patients' records and drug inventory
- Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image
- Adhere to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic
- Responsible for daily operations matters and includes collating & compiling patient management indicators
- Assist in coverage of other facilities when required
Requirements:
- Min N/O/A Levels/ Nitec/ Diploma in any qualifications
- Training Provided
