Job Summary
Drive sales and business growth by identifying new opportunities and managing client relationships in the Facility Management sector, promoting advanced drone-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Facility Management industry to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with property management companies, building owners, government agencies, and industrial clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Arrange and conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase drone-based cleaning and inspection services.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations to support sales efforts and client decision-making.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to contract closure, ensuring timely follow-up and negotiation.
- Collaborate with the operations team to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Attend networking events, industry exhibitions, and business forums to enhance market knowledge and generate leads.
- Maintain an updated CRM database and sales pipeline to track prospects and sales activities effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to business growth objectives.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Facility Management, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of business development or B2B sales experience, preferably in Facility Management, Building Services, Cleaning Services, Property Management, or Construction.
- Strong communication and presentation skills demonstrated through client engagements and sales presentations.
- Experience preparing commercial proposals and quotations that support successful sales outcomes.
- Ability to develop and sustain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
