THE ROLE
Great wine service isn’t about knowing a lot — it’s about knowing exactly the right thing at the right moment, and CÉ LA VI is where you’ll learn to do that properly. As Commis Sommelier, you’ll support wine service across our Restaurant and Sky Bar, building your foundation in wine regions, varietals and service technique under sommeliers who take the craft seriously — because here, everyone does. And you’ll learn it inside a home-grown brand that began in Singapore before opening around the world.
YOU'RE THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF YOU...
• Hold a WSET Level 1–2 Award in Wines, or equivalent knowledge
• Bring 1–2 years of luxury hospitality or wine service experience
• Know your wine regions and pairings and want to go deeper
• Communicate wine recommendations with genuine confidence
• Bring precision and organisation to inventory and service standards
