Working Days: Monday to Friday.
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Junior Specialist to support our sales team in managing daily sales operations and ensuring efficient order fulfilment. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating with internal departments and customers to deliver excellent operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team.
- Process sales orders, quotations, contracts and order bookings accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate order fulfilment, shipment arrangements and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery updates and enquiries.
- Prepare sales reports, analyse sales data and support sales forecasting.
- Monitor sales pipeline and assist in tracking sales performance.
- Follow up on payment enquiries and outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection.
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and other internal departments to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration or Customer Service is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
