Job Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
- Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
- Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding.
- Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages.
- Ensure the services are delivered in line with company policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
- Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the shared service centre
- Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource or Business-related discipline from a recognised discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR
- Organised, meticulous and proactive.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
