Job Description
Reporting to senior finance leadership, the successful candidate will:
- Lead finance operations and oversee financial reporting across overseas entities
- Manage group consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis
- Partner with stakeholders to strengthen financial controls, governance and compliance frameworks
- Support treasury management, external audits and statutory reporting requirements
- Conduct financial due diligence and analysis for acquisitions and strategic investments
- Drive post-acquisition finance integration initiatives and process harmonisation
- Participate in cross-functional transformation projects while mentoring and developing finance talent
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with a recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, CA, ACCA)
- Experience in sizable manufacturing set-ups, partnering with regional or overseas finance team
- Strong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting and management reporting
- Exposure to M&A transactions, financial due diligence or integration activities
- Strong understanding of treasury, tax planning, financial controls and cost management
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
