Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Our WebOrion and TraceCtrl are our proprietary software that empowers enterprises and communities to adopt GenAI for web defacement monitoring and cutting edge Agentic AI security observability and control. As we scale, we are building a strong operational and financial backbone to support growth across enterprise and government customers.

What you will be working on:

We are looking for a sharp, numbers-driven FP&A Analyst to own the company's planning, forecasting, and financial storytelling. This role works directly with the Founders to turn raw financial and commercial data into models and insights that shape strategy — from budgeting and runway planning to investor reporting. You will not just build spreadsheets — you will own the numbers behind every major decision, from fundraising to hiring to go-to-market investment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles, including annual budgets, rolling

forecasts, and scenario planning

• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, burn, and runway, and stress-test them against

different growth and hiring scenarios

• Lead monthly reporting and variance analysis (actuals vs. budget vs. forecast) with clear, actionable

commentary for the Founders

• Support fundraising with investor-ready financial models, cap table scenarios, and due diligence

responses

• Partner with Sales and Product teams to analyse revenue drivers, deal economics, pricing, and unit

economics (CAC, LTV, gross margin)

• Track and consolidate key business metrics across sales, marketing, and customer success into a

single source of truth

• Maintain visibility on cashflow, burn, and runway, flagging risks and opportunities early to the

Founders

• Coordinate with external accounting and audit vendors to ensure financial data feeding into models

and reports is accurate and timely

• Build and maintain a CEO/board-level dashboard with key financial and business metrics

• Improve financial planning processes and reporting efficiency with the use of AI and automation

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field

• 3–7 years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical finance role

• Strong financial modelling skills, including scenario and sensitivity analysis (advanced Excel required)

• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders

• Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting, or cap table modelling is a strong plus

• Experience working in a startup, SME, or high-growth environment

• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams

• Demonstrated ability to build or improve processes and systems, not just maintain them

• High ownership mindset with ability to operate independently and drive outcomes
