Financial Planning and Analysis (Construction)

Job Scope:
Assist in the monthly closing and forecasting process for multiple entities.
Prepare forecasts and provide recommendations for corrective actions where necessary.
Consolidate monthly forecasts and prepare detailed variance analysis reports.
Investigate unusual variances and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
Develop periodic management reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
Support business performance analysis and provide insights to facilitate decision-making.
Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Provide administrative and operational support to senior management.
Prepare presentation materials, reports, and business correspondence.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, business reporting, or a similar analytical role
