Job Description
- Achieve the monthly personal sales targets set by the Company.
- Provide professional skincare and wellness consultations, recommend suitable treatments and products, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent after-sales service and follow-up.
- Work closely with therapists and the outlet team to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve outlet sales targets.
- Perform general administrative duties, including customer record management and appointment coordination.
- Carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the beauty and wellness industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, independent, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about sales and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and demonstrate leadership qualities.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
