Client Relations & Administration Executive
Responsible for managing client support and after-sales services, coordinating documentation, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The role focuses on maintaining good client relationships, resolving operational issues, and handling administration.Key Responsibilities
- After-Sales / Client Relations
- Act as the main point of contact for existing clients.
- Handle client enquiries, feedback, and service-related issues.
- Follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with operations and site teams to meet client requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit updates, reports, and required documentation to clients.
- Support contract renewals and service coordination.
- Manage filing and document control.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Coordinate with government agencies, clients, suppliers, and workers when required.
- Provide general administrative support to management.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in administration, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
