- Working Hours:
- 8.00am - 5.00pm (Monday)
- 8.30am - 5.30pm (Tuesday - Friday)
- 8.30am - 12.30pm (Saturday)
Job descriptions:
- Coordinate import shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Work closely with the supervisor on a day to day operational and administrative tasks, as well as liaise with overseas offices and partners.
- Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including break bulk documents, invoices, delivery orders (D/O), shipment summary reports and related paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and well-organised shipment records, both digitized and in physical filing systems.
- Handle customs permits and declarations, e nsure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Follow up with terminals and airlines on shipment clearance matters and coordinate cargo survey arrangements where required.
- Prepare and generate monthly reports according to customers’ requirements.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent with minimum 1-year relevant experience in airfreight import operations .
- Training provided for those without / with lesser experience.
