Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance, servicing and repairs on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.
- Maintain injection moulding machines and related equipment.
- Carry out routine inspections and reduce machine downtime.
- Keep basic maintenance records.
- Support equipment improvement and other maintenance duties.
Requirements:
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Injection moulding machine experience is an advantage.
- Able to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently.
- Responsible, safety-conscious and able to work well with production teams.
