Job Summary
We are seeking trustworthy candidates who are prompt, honest, detail-oriented, professional, and analytical.
Responsibilities
- Process full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions to ensure accurate financial flow
- Manage full sets of accounts by entering data into accounting systems and organizing financial documents
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial forecasts to support business decisions
- Submit quarterly GST filings in compliance with statutory requirements
- Generate periodic financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements, for internal and external stakeholders
- Present financial data clearly to managers, investors, and other relevant parties to facilitate informed decision-making
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records to support audit readiness and financial integrity
- Conduct audits and investigate discrepancies to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Calculate taxes accurately to meet regulatory obligations
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills applied to financial data interpretation and problem-solving
- Effective communication skills for presenting financial information and collaborating with stakeholders
