Their centre in Singapore serves as a primary hub for regional and worldwide product development.
In this role, you will hold technical ownership of the company's specialty fat portfolio. You will act as the principal subject matter authority, driving innovation strategy and delivering complex, cross-functional projects across the markets.
- Lead & Deliver Global Innovation Projects: Drive global innovation projects on specialty fats from concept to commercialization.
- Engage cross-functional, multi-region teams to resource and execute strategic R&D initiatives.
- Manage Global Fat Portfolio: Serve as the central product expert owning the fat portfolio, providing technical support for product application, formulation, and commercialization activities.

Housed within a dynamic, cross-regional R&D center, this position operates as an agile technical lead, giving you focus on technical excellence and strategic project delivery.
- Bachelor / Master's / PhD degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Lipid Chemistry, or an equivalent scientific discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience in B2B food ingredients, with a specialized focus on specialty fats and oils.
- Deep hands-on formulation, crystallization, and processing knowledge of fats used in coatings, fillings, and compound applications.
- Proven track record leading global innovation projects with a strong understanding of customer-centric product design in a B2B business environment.
