- Facilitate and manage end-to-end sourcing activities including Request For Quotations (RFQs), Request For Proposals (RFPs), evaluations, negotiations and contract awards
- Advise MOHH Purchasing Divisions on procurement policies and governance framework and ensure compliance while meeting project needs
- Administer RFQs/RFPs via the SAP Ariba eProcurement System
- Generate and issue Purchase Orders in SAP
- Manage procurement spend analysis and reporting
- Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and high standards of integrity and transparency
- Perform any other work duties/initiatives as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field
- Professional procurement certifications (e.g. CIPS or equivalent) is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably exposure to both public and private sector procurement
- Good understanding of procurement governance, compliance, and risk management
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable using digital tools (e.g. AI, dashboard) to enhance individual and team productivity, analyse data and support division making.
