Salary: Up to $5500
Job Responsibilities:
- To provide admin support to 2 departments - Finance and Real Estate Solutions Dept, and report to the APAC CFO
- Provide executive and administrative support to the APAC CFO, Head of Real Estate Solutions, and their teams.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas/materials, and take meeting minutes.
- Manage travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and expense claims.
- Organise and support regional events, conferences, townhalls, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate meetings, information requests, and administrative processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting senior management (e.g. Director, VP, CFO, Head of Department) in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative role.
