Our client is a Singapore-based engineering company specializing in critical power protection solutions, electrical engineering, and infrastructure services. They are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth, lead the sales team, and expand market presence for critical power solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales and business development targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the market for critical power protection and power quality solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong project sales pipeline.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including customer engagement, proposal preparation, tender submissions, negotiations, and project handover.
- Conduct technical presentations and solution discussions with customers.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and project execution.
- Travel within Southeast Asia when required to support regional business development.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in technical sales within the critical power, UPS, power protection, diesel generators, modular power infrastructure, or electrical engineering industry.
- Experience managing sales teams and delivering business growth.
- Strong understanding of project sales, tender management, and key account management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to work independently.
