HR & Recruitment Support / 3 months contract / Mon - Fri

Contract Duration:  3 Months
⏰Working Arrangement:  Mon to Fri, 10am – 6pm (7 hours, 1 hour break)
Hourly rate:  $15 - $16

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organised HR & Recruitment Support to support our Relief Teacher operations.

The role will focus on candidate screening and interviews, RT onboarding, P-File documentation, HR administration and recruitment reporting. You will work closely with the Operations team and report directly to the Team Lead.

This is a hands-on role suitable for someone with HR, recruitment or administrative experience who is comfortable communicating with candidates and managing documentation independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and interview candidates for our Relief Teacher (RT) pool.
• Explain RT role requirements, working arrangements and deployment expectations.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates and maintain recruitment records.
• Manage P-File collection and onboarding documentation for successful candidates.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and update candidate status until they are ready for deployment.
• Maintain RT employee records, recruitment database and onboarding status.
• Prepare recruitment / HR reports and provide general HR administrative support.
• Keep RT pool information updated, including qualifications, experience and availability.
• Support recruitment initiatives to grow and maintain an active RT pool.

✅  Requirements

• Singaporean / SPR only
• Prior experience in HR, recruitment, administration or a similar role preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting candidate interviews independently.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in handling employee documentation.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in recruitment or staffing operations will be an advantage.
