Job Responsibilities (Maternity Cover)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across the APAC region.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
- Source and attract technical talent through various channels, including LinkedIn and professional networks.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessment of qualifications and suitability.
- Support sourcing activities for Europe-based hiring requirements when needed.
- Provide ad hoc recruitment and sourcing support for the Philippines market.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience recruiting for technology-related roles across multiple functions.
- Good sourcing and headhunting skills, with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
