Our Client is an establised Insurance firm.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers as a Talent Acquisition advisor , providing insights on candidate trends, in-demand skill sets, market compensation and regulatory developments.
- Develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies for each role and advise hiring managers on interview best practices.
- Proactively source, assess and present quality candidates through direct sourcing and various recruitment channels.
- Conduct comprehensive phone, video and face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Manage the end-to-end offer process , including internal/external salary benchmarking, offer positioning and negotiations.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners on workforce plans, providing market intelligence on compensation, hiring trends and candidate sentiment.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines , with an emphasis on direct sourcing.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors .
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience .
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing complex hiring and offer negotiations.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and high recruitment volumes , ideally 20+ open requisitions concurrently.
- Proficient with HRIS/ATS recruitment systems .
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Salary: $5,000-7,000
