Job scope:
a. Learning Programme Sourcing and Curation
- Identify suitable courses to strengthen core communications competencies for communications officers
- Source, curate and package communications modules and training materials from external providers
- Maintain and update the Comms Powerup! resource (listing of training courses according to competencies and proficiency levels)
b. Webinar Coordination and Execution
- Coordinate and execute communications-focused webinars, including identifying industry practitioners, speaker management and logistics
- Manage end-to-end coordination of webinar activities and follow-up
c. Learning Calendar and Marketing
- Coordinate the annual calendar of learning activities, including design and publicity on a quarterly basis
- Develop marketing initiatives to generate awareness of training offerings among communications officers
d. External Partnership Development
- Expand external training partnerships with new institutions and industry practitioners
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers on learning and development matters
e. Project Management Support
- Provide project management support for capability development initiatives (e.g. ecommspace, in-person commspace)
- Support ongoing planning and execution of learning activities with the CoD team
f. General Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of L&D experience, including at least 3 years in sourcing external training providers, working with trainers, curating and evaluating courses, and developing e-learning content.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with ability to work independently under the supervision by team lead
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Must have experience in sourcing and curating training programmes
- Strong communications and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Contract Duration: 3 - 6 months from commencement
Location: Jalan Besar
Working Arrangement:
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
