Work location: West (Polyclinics)
Work hours: 5.5 days work week (Mon – Fri and half Sat), office hours.
Responsibilities:
Housekeeping
- Clean and maintain pharmacy counters, cashier areas, work tables, and display shelves daily.
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as organizing and disposing of packaging materials or carton boxes.
- Ensure that all work and storage areas are kept tidy and hygienic at all times.
Inventory Control
- Receive, verify, and record incoming pharmaceutical supplies and consumables.
- Distribute items to designated sections, clinics, or nursing areas, ensuring proper documentation of all stock movements.
- Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and alert supervisors when items are low or require reordering.
- Replenish inventory following the First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) principle. Conduct routine checks to remove expired or damaged items and manage their disposal with proper authorization.
- Oversee the proper handling and return of goods between departments and vendors.
- Ensure all products are stored properly and that storage spaces are organized and compliant with safety standards.
- Accurately pre-pack tablets, capsules, and liquid preparations according to established procedures.
- Track the usage of general consumables (e.g., paper, plastic bags, Ziploc bags) and initiate reorders when necessary.
- Update all stock transactions and receipts in the inventory management system (e.g., SAP or equivalent software).
- Assist in cycle counts and stock-taking exercises.
Key Requirements:
- Min. GCE N’ or O’ Level Certificate
- Bonus if have min. 1-2 years experience in housekeeping duties or in healthcare industry
- Computer literate
- Works well in team setting and self-motivated
