Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage quality candidates through job portals, professional networks, recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other talent channels.
• Prepare and post compelling job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interview processes with stakeholders.
• Perform reference checks and evaluate candidates against job requirements to ensure the best hiring outcomes.
• Coordinate interview logistics and provide a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding and relocation arrangements where required.
• Monitor recruitment trends and recommend improvements to enhance employer branding, hiring processes, and candidate attraction strategies.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with relevant employment guidelines and internal policies.
• Participate in HR projects, talent initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare reports as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
