Key Responsibilities

. Partner closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and hiring requirements

. Identify, attract, and engage high-calibre professionals through targeted sourcing strategies and market research

. Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis to uncover recruitment opportunities

. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate identification and assessment through to offer management and placement

. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance throughout their career journey

. Develop talent pipelines using professional networks, referrals, online platforms, and direct outreach initiatives

. Deliver market insights and recruitment recommendations to support hiring decisions

. Coordinate interviews, candidate presentations, and stakeholder communications to ensure a smooth recruitment process

. Maintain a high-quality candidate experience while managing multiple recruitment assignments

. Continuously explore innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
