Job Summary
Join Benchmark Physio as a physiotherapist delivering personalised, evidence-based care in a supportive boutique setting. Manage diverse musculoskeletal, sports, and lifestyle cases while fostering meaningful client connections.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy treatments to clients with musculoskeletal, sports, and lifestyle-related conditions
- Build meaningful client relationships to enhance treatment engagement and outcomes
- Manage a diverse caseload independently within a calm and empowering environment
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients to explain treatment plans and progress
- Collaborate with the team to support a culture of clinical excellence and continuous professional development
- Maintain professional conduct and self-motivation to ensure high-quality care delivery
Required competencies and certifications
- Fully registered Physiotherapist (AHPC)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant experience in a private setting is an advantage
- Strong communication skills demonstrated through effective client interactions
- Interpersonal skills applied to build trust and rapport with clients
- Compassionate and professional attitude supporting client-centered care
- Self-motivation to manage caseload and pursue ongoing learning
