Sales Executive

We are a leading label printing company specializing in high-quality self-adhesive labels, packaging labels, barcode labels, product labels, and customized printing solutions for various industries. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within various industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote and sell label printing solutions, including product labels, packaging labels, barcode labels, and specialty labels.
• Understand customers' requirements and provide suitable printing solutions and quotations.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, samples, and orders to secure sales opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with production, customer service, and quality departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Printing Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in label printing, packaging, printing, or related industries.
• Candidates with no experience but a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a valid driving licence (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of label printing processes, materials, adhesives, and packaging applications.
• Existing customer network in manufacturing, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, logistics, cosmetics, or retail sectors.
