Regional Business Data Analyst (2 years Contract)

Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain SFDC dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct statistical analysis and modelling to forecast business outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and priorities.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on the use of tools like SFDC and support them on a day to day.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Conduct data quality checks and audits to identify and resolve data issues.
• Familiar with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini especially in the context of automation of reports and analytics.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Statistic, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• At least 4-6 years working experience in related field
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce (SFDC) is required, with the ability to effectively analyse data, generate insights, and support business decision-making.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power pivot, Power Query, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent command of English and presentation skill.
• Ability to work under strict deadline and develop alternative solutions in compliance with relevant policies and must be very detail-oriented and process driven.
