Job Description:
- Manage and support the end-to-end trade lifecycle across Fixed Income, Equities, and FX products.
- Perform trade confirmation, settlement , and post-trade processing accurately and within established service level agreements.
- Monitor and resolve trade exceptions, breaks, and discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Escalate trade-related issues where appropriate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to resolve outstanding items.
- Liaise with Front Office, Operations, Custody, Settlements, Technology, and other counterparties to facilitate smooth trade processing.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports where needed.
- Utilise Microsoft Excel and other operational tools for reporting, reconciliation, analysis, and issue tracking.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through automation , process improvements, and workflow optimisation.
Requirements:
- Min. degree in Banking, Finance Economics, or a related discipline.
- Prior 1-2 years experience in middle office, trade support, or trade settlements roles within a financial institution.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a deadline-driven environment.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
