Key Responsibilities
- Culinary Execution: Cook rich traditional gravies, specialty curries, biryanis, and rice dishes.
- Tandoor Management: Operate and control the temperature of clay ovens to bake flatbreads (naan, roti) and grill meats or paneer (kebabs, tikkas).
- Prep & Marinades: Master spice blends (masalas) and specialized yogurt or herb marinades.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily prep, manage stock inventory, and control food waste.
- Safety & Hygiene: Enforce local food safety and sanitation laws.
- Team Leadership: Train and supervise junior kitchen staff and assistant cooks
