Air Operations manager

What You'll Do:
. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and overseas agents for cargocollection and delivery
. Plan and optimize international shipment routes while negotiating competitiverates
. Prepare and verify shipping documentation in compliance with customs andinsurance requirements
. Ensure cargo meets destination country regulations to avoid delays and reducecosts
. Create and manage Air Waybills (AWB) for smooth cargo movement
. Provide excellent customer service to shippers, consignees, and logisticspartners
. Monitor shipment status and coordinate with destination agents
. Generate cargo reports and maintain accurate records
. Support export cargo planning and warehouse coordination
. Handle export declarations where required
. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:
. above 4 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding preferred
. Knowledge of logistics operations is an advantage
. Familiarity with customs procedures and documentation
. Strong communication skills (spoken and written English is essential)
. Customer-focused with a positive and service-oriented attitude
. Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
. A proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
. Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
. Team player with good interpersonal and cultural awareness skills
. Able to commence work immediately or within short notice preferred
