Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure works are carried out according to project specifications and schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and workers.
- Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox meetings.
- Inspect completed work and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material usage.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained at the worksite.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Construction Foreman or Site Supervisor.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Able to read construction drawings and coordinate site works.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Possession of relevant safety certifications is an advantage.
