Duties & Responsibilities

The candidate will assist in:

• Gathering and documenting requirements from business administration teams, operations teams, and system users.
• Translating business and operational needs into clear system or functional requirements.
• Coordinating between internal stakeholders, SAP developers, and external vendors.
• Supporting system validation, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and follow-up.
• Preparing meeting notes, requirement summaries, test scripts, user guides, and project updates.

This role will provide additional project support for the SAP migration and Workforce Management Application delivery. The candidate will help reduce coordination load on the project team, improve documentation quality, support testing activities, and act as a bridge between operations users, IT teams, SAP developers, and vendors.

This is intended as an entry-level project support role with potential development into business analysis, project management, digital transformation, or enterprise systems support.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who is or has:

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. Prior application development or programming experience is not required.
• Observant and attentive to details.
• Curious and willing to ask questions.
• Able to learn new systems and business processes quickly.
• Comfortable communicating with both business users and technical teams.
• Organised and able to document information clearly.
• Practical, responsible, and able to follow through on assigned tasks.
