. Ensure smooth daily operation of the store
. Maintain good customer service standards.
. Monitor sales performance and operational efficiency.
. Ensure sufficient manpower, stock and supplies.
. Maintain cleanliness, service quality and overall outlet standards.
Job Duties
. Manage and supervise shop-front staff.
. Prepare staff rosters and arrange work shifts.
. Handle customer enquiries and feedback.
. Purchase and replenish goods and operational supplies.
. Monitor stock levels and control wastage.
. Create and propose new menu items and promotions.
. Liaise with suppliers and contractors.
. Attend to maintenance and other day-to-day operational needs.
